General Information

Welcome to St. Elizabeth Seton’s Family Faith Formation program. We invite all families to join us on a dynamic journey of faith. The Family Faith Formation Staff is committed to supporting and equipping our families in their Domestic Church, where parents share the Catholic faith with their children by their living example.

“Catholic parents are called to form their family as a “domestic church,” a church in the home, where God is honored, His law is respected, prayer is a normal event, virtue is transmit­ted by word and example, and everyone shares the hopes, problems and sufferings of everyone else. Family Faith Formation Journey Handbook

All Catechists and Assistants are required to attend Protecting God's Children training and have an updated Background Check. We encourage all parents to attend Protecting God's Children training and submit a background check, as it is required for all volunteers who work with children

• If you have already attended training, you will need to provide a copy of your certificate.  If you have not attended training, you can sign up for a class on Virtus.org.
• Background checks are also done through Virtus.org. You must have an active Virtus account to complete the background check.
