Administration Commission

The mission of the Administration Commission is to plan, provide for, and supervise the financial affairs and physical properties of the Parish. The following are the ministries of this Commission:

 Buildings and Grounds

The Buildings and Grounds Committee is responsible for the inspection, maintenance and repair of all parish buildings, internal and external. It also oversees the parish landscaping.


Finance:  The Commission provides guidance to the parish finance staff in the preparation of the parish budget, and reviews and approves the final budget for submission to the Pastor and Pastoral Council for acceptance. Throughout the year, the Commission monitors the financial progress of the parish compared to its budget.

Shop-SES:  Shop-SES is a stored-valued card program in which the parish is able to purchase stored-value cards from over 500 retailers at a discount. By selling the stored-valued cards at face value the parish is able to generate additional funds while providing the parishioners the full value of the cards. 


The Commission continues to explore and develop new and creative ways to fund the parish’s capital improvements and activities that are beyond the limits of the operating budget. It seeks out alternate ways of acquiring funds other than the weekly offerings.


This Commission advises the parish office staff on computer, telephone, internet and audio/visual matters.
