The Peace and Justice Committee is an active arm of the Service Ministry. Its stewardship is based upon our Catholic roots in Scripture and Catholic Social Teaching. Recent activities include both direct service, emphasizing empowerment and advocacy, and addressing systemic issues which deprive vulnerable individuals and families of dignity and opportunity.

Turning Awareness Into Involvement

The Parish Awareness Network (PAN) is a channel through which individuals are personally invited to use their skills and gifts to fulfill parishioners and Parish needs.

Three primary goals of PAN are:

  1. to increase awareness of our parishioners and Parish needs;
  2. to personally invite individuals to use their skills and gifts to fulfill parishioners and Parish needs;
  3. to crease opportunities for individuals to regularly recognize, cultivate and use their skills and gifts in service to others.
